In case you're not aware about this, it's an event where you can win an award just posting enough on the forum, be careful tho, rules still apply, avoid LQP, spam, and so on. The event starts October 1st and ends the 31th of October.

Here are the previous awards :

Octoberfest 2021 Earn this Pumpkin in October
Octoberfest 2022 Earn this Pumpkin in October
Octoberfest 2023 Earn this Pumpkin in October

During 2021 and 2022 events the objective was 500 posts during the month.

In 2023 we learned that Omni started to increase by 100 every year the number of posts required to get the award, so 2023 was 600 posts and we should see 700 posts for 2024 !

You can now vote which one you think we will get this year, also feel free to share your wishes.

I think that we should limit it to 6 awards, (so that makes an entire row), but I also know that some people missed one or two and have lot of regrets !

As the number of posts increases, I also think that we should limit it to 1000 posts (which is already insane for 1 month).

Here are my predictions :

2024 : Green - 700 posts
2025 : Black - 800 posts (with orange eyes and mouth)
2026 : Gold - 900 posts

I really hope it is this one(but with 700 posts instead), man 700 posts is so much though haha there is going to be a lot of spam and a lot of loungehead awards handed out 😁.

I feel like 5 is a solid number to stop producing the awards then maybe create a member driven contest for the following year that could be creative and a lot of fun!

700 sounds a lot but as everyone is trying to get the award the activity increases and it's way easier to reach this amount of posts, last year some members got the award (600 posts) in less than a week, even in 2 days lol

1000 is impressive but last year few members reached 600 posts within 2/3 days, so it's far from impossible, you just need to be active, and as everyone is chasing the award it's not that hard to get dozens of posts per day :)
