Hacking is a vast field, you can earn money with different things :
- Bug bounty : find vulnerabilities in bug bounty programs and get paid for that. You can find vulnerabilities on web server (front / back), systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS), Mobile (Android, iOS), software, applications, IoT, embedded, ... take a look here :

- Coding : make bots / automated tasks with scripting high level languages such as Python
- Programming : create software / tools, malware (RAT, crypter, binder, ...), but it requires more skills and usually advanced programming languages such as C/C++
- Developping : make websites for customers, perform audit on it, create SMM panels, or others. This is not especially related to hacking but if you're into web hacking you could be interested to make websites too.
- White Hat hacking : working as a consulting, performing audit, pentesting as a free-lance
Don't look at what could make you earn the most, look at what interest you the most. Working in IT / Cybersecurity / Hacking requires a lot of motivation because you constantly need to update your knowledge. What you know today will not be true tomorrow, if learning bother you, don't expect to make a career in this field.
