Android WPS crackers won't tell you, and Windows 10/11 doesn't use WPS PIN. Passwords on Android < 10 are stored in /data/misc/Wi-Fi/wpa_supplicant.conf, which is owned by the root user.

The only way to get WiFi passwords in Android without root is to upgrade to at least Android 10 and share the network using a QR code while connected.
