TV show playing in the background? Does the show need to be one you've watched in the past or a new one? I feel like if I want to watch a new show it'll distract me too much/I wont be able to follow along 100%

Yeah, those are the kind of brain dead shows to have in the background - if that makes sense. I feel like it would be harder to watch an action show, or sci-fi while doing work.
