What was your first skill to 99 on any or all of these games? I didn't play RuneScape classic anywhere near enough to get a 99. My first 99 back in the OG days of OSRS was Fishing or Woodcutting I believe, really wish I could remember. My first 99 on OSRS after it returned in 2013 was HP. As for the newer version of RuneScape that is out, fuck no lol.

Even if fishing wasn't my first 99 and rather it was woodcutting, I was still grinding fishing a ton and got it probably not too much later on. Spent so much time on those 2 skills alone lol.

It's not for everyone of course. Something as basic as chopping trees on the game is actually so nostalgic for many of us OG players haha.

I too remember a Maplestory being really popular back then. My friends and I all mainly played RuneScape, but then there would be those other kids that say it's trash or not as good as Maplestory while trying to get us to make the switch.

I have found that the majority of people who have had 99s in both had a different first 99 in OSRS versus OG. I guess that's not very crazy of a thought, but it just goes to show how different we all played out the gate the second time around. To be expected though I suppose due to the experience and knowledge we then had.

First 99 skill that I didn't bot and did 100% on my own was woodcutting before Oldschool rs came out and before Eoc with the branches that were afk on the walls
