I seem to find myself washing my hands multiple times a day. Anytime I can find some good soap and running water. I think it is a healthy habit to have to keep your hands clean. I shake a lot of hands, and am always touching equipment. It's respectful to have good hygiene when you are working around others. How often do you wash your hands?

I clean my hands every time I use the restroom, but I also tend to wash my hands a few more times throughout the day. I also wash my hands after work religiously.

everytime i use the bathroom, cook, or clean. sometimes when i clean i use gloves just because i don’t want gross stuff touching me.

I try to be pretty good about, so everytime after going the restroom, and always before I eat. Other times as well, if they get dirty of course. Keeping em clean helps prevent you from getting sick!
