Hey guys,

It's been a while since I have been in the HF space and I am slowly finding my way around to see how much this has changed in almost a decade since my last visit. I see that there are more groups and new types of groups. I also see there is crews...not too sure how i feel about that but that's change.

What kind of group is missing in HF do you feel? I don't know too much about the current groups but I will have a deep dive.

One of my goals in my return to HF is to own a group so it would be handy to see what is missing. I may look at bringing my old sub-group back called Wallflowers. It was a group that was focussed on personal life and would tackle a lot of social issues. I think in this world that is becoming more and more important.

If anyone is looking to sell a group please let me know. I will be in chats with Omni to get approved ASAP to own a group.

But it's important to have a group that will bring a positive impact to HF and also help build up some of the lesser busy forums areas in HF.

I'm keen to hear your thoughts.

2. Groups with a very specific focus. A gaming group, an anime group, a marketing group, etc. With different sectors and recruitments and such. I still think this is missing from the forum.

That's interesting. Something else that is missing completelty is a car ralated group.

Exactly! A group with a niche/focused on one topic.

I would be interested in a car group myself. Not sure we've ever had one here.

We have, there was a group called torque when I was last on HF. They were focussed on cars and engines.

Gaming is dearly missed as an aspect that groups used to do on HF.

Hopefully gaming can be revived in the near future!

Yeah, that's fair. Probably not a bad idea too. run competitions and stuff too. Instead of buy ins and recruitment, maybe you gain access to the group by winning a gaming competition?

As for the group missing? Something that spurs interaction both within the group and externally. A lot of groups do things in private, but we need a very public engaging group.
