I personally don't get how some people can be so obsessed with celebrities where people care what they do in their personal lives etc... One I can think of that seems to have a lot of people obsessed with her is Taylor Swift. Seems like the media likes to always fall all over her too whenever she is at any event.

So what is an obsession people have that you cannot seem to understand?

I never looked at it that way but their movies are clearly high budget films. Then when other movies come out you might be let down because they aren't at the same level.

I respect your choice of not understanding people who are obsessed with Donald Trump. I dislike anyone who obsesses over politics or who tries shoving their political ideas down your throat. It is just weird. Making politics your personality is pretty off putting.

I completely avoid talking about politics because I actually disagree with both sides and people really hate that. They think you have to pick a side. Like nah I am good in the middle my guy. Families are literally breaking up over this pointless shit. It was never like this when I was growing up.

I fully agree with you. I'm pretty big into politics myself but I don't discuss it with others unless they truly want to. I have family members that are very far left supporting Kamala Harris and one of them even told his own mom he would never talk to her again because she is supporting Trump. Her daughter also always turns anything like a scheduling inconvenience for making a Dr. appointment into an argument about women's rights and posts it on Facebook. I myself am conservative so I know not to even talk to them about politics because they get so angry about it so fast. I don't care who you support, there is no need for such hatred of others just because they support the opposite party.
