Sports man.... fuckin sports. I played sports growing up, enjoyed it. I get it can be a chance for a free ride through college or wildly successful career, buts only because millions of people are obsessed with watching it. I just don't get it.
Thinking about some guys stats and how the coach can do this or that. Its just all pointless and a distraction.
Imagine if the massive following it had paid attention to important stuff like the epstein list, the people directly involved with diddys diddling, the pointless wars where people die to fund the military industrial complex.
Its a pointless ramble, most of us dont want to think of that, we want a soft and comfortable life with minimal stress, and thats okay too.

Damn, I feel offended... I'm a huge sports fan myself lol. I mean I get where you are coming from but sports have a deep history and they are a great way to spend leisure time, whether actively participating or watching them.

I never learned to understand people's unyielding passion for quite a number of things over my lifetime.

1. Squishmallows. They're no different than any other stuffed animal, yet people seek them out as if their lives depended on it. Of all ages. They fight tooth and nail for them.

2. The Princess Bride. As far back as I can remember, at least a couple times a month there's some sort of reference to the film like it's the Holy Grail, or some remark praising its existence. I've watched it before and was not bedazzled. Inconceivable!

3. Taylor Swift. Now I won't claim some irrational hatred towards her, I simply don't understand why she's so unbelievably popular with everyone. Sure, she has a few catchy songs, I'll admit that. However, everyone and their grandma's dog practically worship her. Every damn time I happen to look at the news there's at least an article or two about her like she's the Messiah.
