I used to manage a pizza place long ago, and I learned a lot about cooking there actually.
Much more than just pizza & subs. I'm talking fish, steak, pork, chicken, pasta, salads, and more.

Sure does, it's that bad that I'll get their names and sit them down. I'll walk to my computer and come back and Ive already forgotten their names....

One thing I've started to do is write it down while it's fresh.
