There is now an Export feature for Convo that will download all your chats into one txt file. It does not include images. It's very raw data but it does work.

The bottom right the Download icon....



Please note that a huge purge of older Convo messages is coming in a few weeks. I suggest you go and export what you have now. Convo started in 2019 and no messages have ever been pruned. Thus the tables are getting huge (7GB). The plan is to delete all messages older than 2 years. That should be decent enough to get it into half that size but also not hurt anything active.

What are you trying to open it with? Shouldn't be anything to open a TXT of that size.

Never use Notepad on Windows. Get yourself Notepad++.

Yeah, you can't see it from the phone. I will look into that. Use "Desktop Mode" to see it.

Nice addition! I haven’t tested it yet but is there an “export all” option where you can export all chats into individual text files inside a zip folder or something?

Sorry if it is like that already, I only use mobile at the moment and haven’t checked it out on PC yet.

It doesn't export them into individual files. It's one giant file. You can probably use AI to split it up. I wasn't going to make the feature complex.

Just do full export and save it somewhere just in case. Won't hurt to get a single file.
