Update To My Situation From Earlier: Lesson Learned.. Surprise Twist At The End!

So for those of you that were following my situation from earlier, I will provide you guys with an update with what eventually ended up happening.. just for clarity, and hey maybe it can help someone else out if they're in the same situation in the future. Here's the story/scenario:

So I have a person that I have known for 4-5 years, that I was in a partnership with whereas I have a storefront, and am selling a product/service and he is collecting the payments for me, as the store works thru PayPal payments only. So he would collect the payments daily, the money would automatically get sent to his bank account once a day. He would then purchase Crypto with the percentage I told him to, and he would send it to me.. daily. Keep in mind, this is something I have been doing for a few years. I had been working with him for a little under a year.

Fast forward to yesterday. I don't hear from him, and I don't receive any payment from him. I ignored the situation, as it was only 24 hours.. and there had been times in the past whereas the payment would arrive a day late, and he would always send it the following day. So today comes, and the normal time when he sends me money comes and passes.. still no money sent, and still no word from him. I send him a message asking whats going on? No response. Send a few more messages over the next few hours.. No response.

At this point, I can only assume that you're trying to play games.. as he just conveniently didn't send the payment, from the day that was the largest day of sales since we have been working together. So at that point, there was even more sales then there was from the previous day... so he was scheduled to get another payment later today in his bank if I didn't do something in regards to the pending balance. So I jumped on HF, and tried to find someone to send the money to.. as his PayPal is from India, and you can't send your PayPal balance from India to US. Well, I learned today from a few members on here that Indian PayPal is terrible... you can't do anything with the PayPal balance, other then send it to the bank account connected. No way to use the balance to purchase something, no way to even send it to another Indian.

So at this point, there is only one thing left I can do.. as I'm not going to allow him to keep 2 days worth of money. I jumped on the PayPal account, an refunded all the sales from today. Ugh, that shit pissed me off more then anything.. imagine having your best day in sales for the past year, and having to refund all the customers from that day for some bullshit like this. Well that's what happened. But that's not where it ends. I'm not the type of person to get screwed over, and just accept it. I'm the type of person that will spend money to get the person back.. even if it means spending more money then I lost out on. Keep in mind, I have all of this guys information.. Name, Address, Phone Number, Etc... as I collected all this from him before we started and I warned him prior to ever working with him, how I am.. and that if he ever tried to screw me over.. that I would go out of my way to make sure he didn't scam anyone in the future.

So I exported all the customers from the past 6 months, and sent out a bulk email and told them all to request a refund for their purchase. And sure enough, customers started to dispute their purchases... and what do you know, look who pops up all of a sudden! When a mfs PayPal balance starts going in to the negative... mfs get a change of heart. So he messages me after about 4 people disputed their transactions... "hey bro! sorry I slept late. sending your money now" .. so you want to tell me you over slept for 48 hours? Eat a dick. You can't tell me just anything. He should of came up with a better excuse then that. So he ends up sending me the owed money from the previous day, and asking me to tell the customers to stop disputing the sales. No way bro, you did this to yourself. I'm not telling anyone anything. Should of thought about that before trying to screw me over.

So in the long run, I lost out on all the sales from today as they were refunded to the buyers. But I did end up getting my payment from yesterday, due to him panicking when the customers started disputing their transactions. So now he has a negative balance, and doesn't have the money that he intended on keeping from me. He thought that since he eventually sent me the money, that I would ignore what he tried doing.. even had the nerve to ask if we could still work together. Hell no. Eat a dick. Once you screw me over once, there is nothing to talk about. We will never do business in the future. And this guy is an idiot, as I do this same thing with multiple other people.. and I pay them all a bonus on their birthdays, typically $500 or more, depending on how well they've performed over the past year... but $500 is the minimum he would of gotten on his birthday, plus the money he was making everyday from doing it. So he lost out big time. Let this be a lesson to any scammers out there, you shouldn't try screwing people over, especially people who have been nothing but good to you, as it can easily come back and bite you in your ass in the long run.

End of story.

Edit- Just for clarity, the person is not from HF. This is someone I have known for years, and never expected him to do something like this.
tl;dr don't be an idiot to your partner. tl;dr2: Moooookie is a dick over his money. :D

Haha... yeah man. It's pretty disappointing when you give someone an opportunity, and they in turn try and screw you over. Keep in mind, he never denied trying to get over on me. Nobody sleeps for over 48 hours. I will go out my way, to help anyone that I'm working with if they're ever in situation. He could of easily asked me to borrow the money, and I would of gave it to him. He unfortunately did this to himself.
Some people like that guy dont realize what they have until its taken away from them. That guy probably got envious and wanted to feel like you. Some people go through hard times and they decide to steal before asking for help. He did lose out big time and i know you will bounce back. Good he's in the negative, he dug his hole and he needs to get back out on his own. I'm sorry you lost your sales because that shit sucks but like i said you will bounce back.

Yup, that's what it boils down to. He allowed his greed to take over his common sense. Funny thing is, there will likely be more disputes.. as I'm sure not everyone has read their email yet.

No mercy.

Indeed! 100% did this to himself.. and it's unfortunate, because I actually enjoyed working with him.

Nah fuck that guy 100%. He took the calculated risk and tried to cash out without you.

Almost same thing happened to me. No sympathy at all.

Thanks bro. I don't know what made him go rogue. I'm more disappointed in him, then I am mad about it.. as I've known him for a few years, and didn't expect him to do something like that. He tried apologizing to me so many times after he did send me the money.. but it's too late for all that.

Exactly! Straight dick head move. He wasn't expecting me to tell the customers to refund the purchases. Once those disputes started to go thru, and add up.. he realized he was fucked, and contacted me.. but completely ignored all my messages all day. It was well after midnight where he lived at when he decided to contact me.

Always risking when going into these type of joint ventures.

Felt bad when you lost the money mate but the final ace you pulled off made me feel good. Finally the perfect balance as it should be.

Isn't that right. The wild thing about it is, I've known him for 4-5 years.. and we had been working together for close to a year.. he could of just asked me to borrow the money, and I would of likely lent it to him, as he was doing me a huge favor by collecting all those payments, converting and sending them to me.. so I would of had no issue lending him the money.

Yeah man, although I did lose out on all the sales from that day, being able to still receive the money from the previous day from him felt good. Seeing his PayPal account with a negative balance felt even better.
