Traveling to dangerous areas

Are you attracted to traveling to dangerous areas? Maybe traveling to dangerous areas where gangs rule or entry for foreigners is quite dangerous, like favelas in Brazil? What is your craziest trip?

My most dangerous trip was in Lebanon where my friend and I ended up in the Dahieh district. Since I have an Israeli passport, if they caught me there I would probably end up beheaded 🤣.
I have traveled to Lebanon 4 times with a European passport and I really fell in love with Lebanon. I hope to go a few more times after things calm down. I hope to visit Damascus in Syria also and travel through Persia.

I'm not sure that I'm necessarily attracted to the idea of going to dangerous places. If I wanna go, I go. I've been to Ukraine a few times etc
Dear you ever visit congo?. Try it.

I've lived and been in some pretty tough and dangerous neighborhoods, but Congo is on a completely different level. I know how to deal with criminals, but their culture is something completely different. However, that also depends on the area.
I won't name the place but it was out there remote place. No water, no people, no signals, no nothing. It was a long journey - very long night.

Long story short. One of the travellers died there. Cause was heartattack. That one night was very very long.

Was Ukraine at war with Russia at that time or there was a peace? Ukraine seems interesting but a bit of a boring country to me. What was your experience like?

Looks like a failure in the organization to me or it was a completely unexpected situation?
I've had enough bad experiences in Europe.

1. Naples - Port Area
I don't think there's a more dangerous place in Europe than Naples, you basically see cops watching dealers do business, kids with guns and people stealing phones from motorbikes in broad daylight with the police right there.

2. Ferentari - Bucharest
Personally, I've been there and I got along very well with everyone there, but unfortunately there are a lot of mafia clans in this neighborhood and not even the police go in, only the special forces. Drugs, guns, fraud and pimping are at home there.
Partying with the Yakuza in Tokyo during New Years Day.

I prefer places where I can explore and relax without worrying about safety concerns. That said, your story is wild! It’s impressive how you’ve navigated such risky situations and still found love for the culture and places you’ve visited.

They are quite nice to tourists. I've heard that from people a few times now.

Catacombs are a great place to visit if you have someone to guide you there. If you like snakes Snake Island would be definitely a place for you. I watched a documentary about that island. I can't even remember how many snakes there are per square meter, but there are tons of them all over the island.
Travel to Epstein island lol

I would never take my family to a risky place either, but I like to go on a solo adventure every now and then.
