Most fucked up film you have watched

Okay, so I just watched Martyrs, that's why I'm making this thread. It was underwhelming but still a good watch. I've seen a lot of messed up films and find myself watching real gore now and then, so I'm definitely desensitized. I'm wondering, though, is there any films or media that has stuck with you? Anything that really touched you? I'm trying to rank all the movies I've seen on a scale of "most fucked up." If you have any, please do give me suggestions and share your thoughts on this type of content. (And don't suggest real gore—I'm only interested in movies.)
It has to be Serbian Movie.
all of the saw films were pretty weird.

Yeah a lot of people say that, I watched it like a year ago.

Hahah that's fair, I watched the first two and personally, for me, there's nothing memorable about them. I like the Hannibal franchise though, I'd suggest giving that a watch if you haven't already!

And don't you agree that it's fucked up?

Yeah, it's fucked up, obviously. Tbh tho maybe because it's been a while, but I don't remember it being as traumatizing as a lot of people make out. But yeah, definitely fucked up.

Well I watched it years ago, as a teenager, I guess it did hit different.
Gore wise, probably terrifier 2
conceptually fucked up, I'd go with come and see

Okay yes I've seen some recommendations to go watch come and see, I usually don't like dated films because of the quality and everything, maybe I'll check it out tho.

Yeah, I think because I went into it thinking, "This is going to be the worst shit I've ever seen," that may have helped me prepare for it a lil bit.

I totally agree... scary clown...
Caligula (1979). I saw it years ago while staying in the hospital for surgery. I was a bit drugged up and I must say the bleak and casual violence upset me a great deal. Oddly enough the gratuitous pornography made it even worse.
Yeah that sounds like an experience hahaha.
One movie that really stuck with me is "Requiem for a Dream." It's not gory, but it's definitely intense and thought-provoking. Definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen it yet!
