Trump is promising that he will overhaul FEMA, or get rid of it completely.
I hope that he puts something else in place before he removes FEMA, considering how many states benefit from this organization.
I'm sure there are ways to improve FEMA, that's for sure. I hope he thinks about that more than he thinks about removing it outright without anything in place for the interim - until his new policies can replace it fully if that's his goal.

I can understand why it's frustrating to see delays and issues with FEMA, but it'll be important for Trump to not just remove FEMA if he has no plan to replace it.
So it's only good news if there's something to help the future victims of North Carolina or any other state with a disaster.
I expect disasters to exponentially worsen over the next few years, and honestly decades. I think it'll be important to have agencies, like FEMA but better than FEMA, that can help in these scenarios.

This isn't a conspiracy theory or an emotional please for a forum post. This organization exists for disaster relief and they irresponsibly delegated funding. The whole thing doesn't have to go, as an organization it should exist.
The people running it however should be in jail.
This isn't the first time or a new thing they just started doing. FEMA has been dog water since their handling of Katrina, and before that, nobody knew what the hell FEMA was.

God knows where that 300 million came from because there's no way it was fema, will have to deep dive that later if I care enough.
I think they can be inefficient, sloppy, and misguided, AND also have given over $300M to North Carolina.

I have always felt like the USA is underprepared for widespread catastrophe.
Imagine a multi-state hurricane or other similar event, at the same time as east coast flooding, at same time as major wildfires out west, at same time as ___, etc, etc.
This is 100% possible.
It would be interesting to see what would happen to a multi-state event, especially if certain states had crossovers/overlaps in the regions of different climate events.
This is all in our future because we'll have exponentially worsening weather events, with an increase in volatility and frequency.

I am more thinking they do not know exactly what they are doing since the effectiveness is so inefficient. It just causes so many problems because the Earth is constantly correcting itself from the spraying. It just becomes an organic chemistry lab in the sky used for research purposes at this point.

Who knows it's the internet. I have been watching the contrails/chemtrails for so long now but I still remember when they did not exist in my area. It's not normal fuel vapor causing this stuff, something is stuck up there and starts all going together forming ugly clouds, then it gets colder and usually rains the next day.

I've seen a few at day & night lately that do have much more visible chemtrails, that's for sure.
I have thought maybe twice that they were part of the orb/drone phenomenon but I dismissed that and figured they were just plains. There are definitely some that do have much larger trails than normal, seemingly being able to turn on or off. I've seen people say online though that it's just the way those planes fly.
