Hey all, I will have solo access to my a pc for an hour or two tomorrow. I want to copy all their chrome data to mine and retain their logins and such but I know that chrome has some links into the operating system now so you can just copy it as it has some encrypted data.
How would I copy all their sessions and passwords over in todays day and age?
Thank you all in advance :)
What kind of friend is this ?
Back in my day if we had access to a friends pc we would change their facebook/myspace profile picture to gay porn and make a large post about coning out of the closet.

Is your friend giving you the password?
Oh, and will you be the only other person with solo access to any passwords on that PC?
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
nodes has a script for that, look around the forum, compile that and use that to run to grab everything you need in a click

I will be the only person with access for that time. Their PC auto logs in to their windows account on startup, I wont have the initial password on hand immediately.

That's great, thank you. I'll have a look for nodes' script now

You missed my point. You try to take over this person's accounts, and he/she will know. That person will probably wonder how those passwords got out there. Downloaded something? Maybe it was the one other person with access to the computer in months.

Though if I am simply stealing their chrome sessions in the first instance, I won't need to trigger any logins ideally. Then in a year or so time, I'd be able to utilise the passwords I've gotten. If I ever hear them wondering how, I'd direct them to haveibeenpwned, and usually people will have 1 email that will turn red to give them a clear reason.
