Parts finally came in. So I assembled the whole front end…new upper and lower A arms, bushings, demon ball joints, TMW gusset kit, TMW pre runner bumper, radiator and fan shroud, sway bar links, various plastics and other crap…

Was hoping to have it done yesterday but I strained my back and was moving pretty slow by mid day.

So I finished it today and test road it 4 times, no problem.

My boss comes back at 4pm and says they will be picking it up at 5:30. He noticed one of the headlights wasn’t on low beam when it was supposed to be so he started switching plugs…next thing I know the damn thing was on fire and had melted the whole wiring harness up front…..

Wow, that's a rough turn of events. Sorry to hear about the wiring harness melting. Hopefully you can get it fixed up quickly.
