The help I need is I have been running the program but now I haven’t been getting clients when the exe is being clicked .

I’ve tried switching ports n etc also rebuilt the machine and even used a different download of ASYNC

Well yeah, if you're behind PAT, e.g. on your home network, you need to forward port 6006 or whatever to the machine running Async. A UPnP client can help with this if you're a clueless n00b.

Once you've gotten this sorted out, getting the RAT to "run smoothly everytime" is still wishful thinking. AsyncRAT will be detected by nearly any antivirus, and unless the target has the right version of the .NET Framework installed, the client will pop an error and exit.

Plus, you're not running anything 'through' No-IP, and like m0hx indicated you run the risk of being banned for C2 traffic.

Been a few days since I posted this but yes they do allow port forward I just didn’t wanna use my isp and didn’t feel like I needed to buy a flash router but I ordered one anyway . Lastly my ports are open but I’m still not catching the client . It just stopped out of nowhere after windows defender messed up my file . I have opened all ports needed also . I have multiple rats and crypt exe I just don’t know why async is buggin out I like the simplicity of it or did for that matter

It didn't work for me, either. I even made sure that the process was running on the test machine on the LAN and that Windows Firewall was configured to allow it. Async just didn't initiate an outbound connection. I had to set the IP address and port with the pastebin option.
