Radio signals messing

Hi im new on this forums. o/

So i had this naughty idea to mess with people's radios.
It is possible to override existing (popular) radio by radiating something else on same frequency if the signal is stronger, right? It would be super fun in jam traffic make people listen to crap lol. Does anyone know more about that?
You're not in the US, are you? All it would take is for one cop to be in range, and then you're in trouble with the FCC. As for answering the question, radio transmission equipment should not be a difficult thing to figure out.
just need an Fm transmitter and close enough to override the station they are receiving.. You will need to know what station they are listening too also!

with a low power transmitter and close enough to the victim then chances of getting caught are slim to none! IF DONE RANDOMLY AND SPARATICALLY
Where can be good FM transmitters bought?

Well, if you know the local laws, you're good then. I wouldn't know then where you can buy radio parts in your country, but I'm thinking one of those FM transmitters for cars but with higher output. Do people in your country still listen to AM/FM radio?

Yes they do! We use FM/AM for music in cars and also we get info about traffic.

CB radios shouldn't have AM/FM transmission. I'm surprised that it's legal.

yeah thats a 10/11 meter radio and NOWHERE close to your AM/FM radio station frequencies!!! The ""AM LSB USB FM modes"" is what the radio does on 10/11 meters... YOU HAVE LOTS TO LEARN

You're right. It says AM/FM, but it only covers the 24-30 MHz range. It doesn't have the actual bands. A HackRF One might be too much for OP and his budget. Anything else ought to be FCC-compliant.

Actually, this one is FCC-certified. It would probably require a license in the US, but if you can get it in your country, there you go. If you can't, the black market might be the only option for something that is more than 500 mW.
That radios covers the CB band and there is no license required for that... during the day you can talk skip on it anywhere in the world.. you can talk anywhere on the 27 mhz band license free.. Try 27.385 Mhz and LSB Band mode during the day and see, or listen on 27.025 mhz on AM Band during the day! IF YOUR TRANSMITTING YOU SHOULD BE USING THE PROPER ANTENNA!
