There is a full scale investigation that has found that Joe Biden did not sign any documents in his presidency. Who was signing these documents? Investigators found that the autopen has been used repetitively. Each signature reviewed on documents investigated were identical, and no two signatures are identical.
"The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines an autopen as 'a device that mechanically reproduces a person’s signature'."
"In the final minutes of his presidency, Joe Biden pre-emptively pardoned several family members, including his brothers James and Frank Biden, and sister Valerie Biden Owens." Others also pardoned are "Dr. Anthony Fauci, retired Gen. Mark Milley and members of the House committee that investigated the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol".
Trump posted on Truth that the pardons issued by the Biden Administration are “void, vacant and of no further force and effect”.

Dr. Anthony Fauci needs to be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. He is supposedly responsible for the Covid virus, but it has not been proven. He has done work on Gain-of-function research.
Here's a video of him talking about a 'surprise outbreak' coming days before Trump's inauguration in his first term.
"During a forum on pandemic preparedness at Georgetown University, Fauci said the Trump administration will not only be challenged by ongoing global health threats such as influenza and HIV, but also a surprise disease outbreak."
Whilst I’m sure auto pen or items such as Docusign don’t actually mean your singing a form, I wonder the affects it will have on Americans from now, and possibly worldwide. I mean, I’ve signed job contracts, car contracts ect ect using these tools - I’m assuming the next twelve months will have interesting developments sorrounding contracts and auto pen
There's a lot of bills that Biden signed with Autopen too I'm interested to see how this turns out. I guarantee it will set a precedent from here forward.
Barack Obama, JFK, and Thomas Jefferson were all known to use autopen, not really something new.
Trump also claimed that Joe Biden "didn't know anything about the the pardons". Which simply can't be true. The constitution doesn't address pardon methodology, but regardless, Trump alone can't legally reverse Bidens pardons.
Trump can throw twitter tantrums all he wants and say that the pardons are void, but whether that is true or not, would but up to the legal system to decide.

I think the only thing I really took notice of was that the pardons were signed as written in the city of Washington, but Biden was out golfing in the US Virgin islands at the time. Do you think something like that stipulation would matter whether or not the POTUS is present at the signing? I do agree that other POTUS's have used autopen as it is more than likely a really convenient way to get the ball rolling on matters.

Il'll e honest I'm not really familiar with the law on these kinds of things. I don't see a problem with things as long as Biden officially "authorized" the signature, but I will say I dont think they should have "lied" about the location (City of Washington).

I think we'll know more in the future once there is more information about an investigation. Although I'm a Trump supporter.. I don't think he can actually reverse the pardons granted by himself. He will need help from Judges.

I love this! Everyone thinks that the democratic administration is the compassionate party standing up for gay rights, women's rights, tampons in boys bathrooms, etc. When in reality they are the biggest fucking crooks and are a literal corrupt mob who hide behind (let's make the environment cleaner and tax everyone! 🤭) I'm never was a big fan of politics because of all the bullshit artists, and people getting wound up over nonsense, but these recent events are so fucking entertaining to watch and is better than any TV show because it's real life. All these woke scumbags are going to get destroyed! Living in New York I was so tired of hearing about all this stupid retarded woke shit when trying to have a nice time and play pool. And every bank has a gay guy which is fine, nothing against gays, but they are often the highly dysfunctional ones that get all flustered when they have to do something complicated and I see the other staff members all the time getting frustrated having to babysit them. NOT BECAUSE they're gay but because equal opportunity laws force these poor businesses to hire people that are fucked up. I have gay friends and have nothing against them, but why is it that nobody gets hired for their skill sets and by performance.
I went to get a job at Bestbuy a few years back when times were tough and the managers seemed like they were so fucking happy to hire me and treated me like gold and something felt odd with how desperate they were for me to work there. I asked over the phone, is my pay going to reflect my knowledge and skill? The manager acted like I said something bad about her daughter or something and said "EVERYBODY STARTS AT THE SAME STARTING PAY" and I can tell that question took the wind out of her. I then respectfully declined via text after telling her let me think about it, and she never responded to my follow up email or text haha. Fuck the world man, really hope things get better with new administration!

Edit: I also wanted to say, almost nothing in your reply is related to the original thread topic. It reads mostly as political-emotional train of thought.
Why would you be entitled to higher pay before even starting the job? Best buy is a customer service job, not exactly a premier tech job where skills dictate salary. I find it odd people seem entitled to things before having earned them.
The DEI argument is such noise. Companies are, for the most part, allowed to hire and fire as they please. Half the country are right to work states. If you aren't performing, odds are you'll end up getting fired. I guess with federal and state agencies it may be different, but only a small fraction of the country works those jobs. People have weaponized the term DEI, a wash of the word discriminate. They forget it also includes A for accessibility (DEIA). People also forget DEIA protects ALL workers, but is focused on discrimination based on identity or disability, seems reasonable to me.
You say "NOT BECAUSE they're gay but because equal opportunity laws force these poor businesses to hire people that are fucked up". So why did the bank hire an employee that wasn't capable? If there are smart, capable gay people (there are), why weren't they hired? Seems like the banks problem.

I did go off a rant there and get off topic haha. And yea Best Buy is just a discount electronics store where the products mostly sell themselves and they got all the info you need on the website anyway haha.

If Biden authorized it then it is 100% legal, however if he did not authorize the signing of certain bills and autopen was used then that is a major issue.
Trump himself used Autopen.
Also the idea that Biden did not sign any documents during his Presidency is laughable considering there is literally many videos on him signing documents, orders, etc it takes a 10 second google search to find.

If the document stated it was signed in the city of Washington does that mean that the document is still within legal standing if the ex-POTUS was not in the country? I'm curious to know how someone would be able to prove that Joe Biden wasn't aware of something though.

Yes it is legal, Obama did it before too while out of the USA.
Until there is a constitutional amendment or the supreme court rules otherwise Presidents can do this.
But it must be authorized by the President, if any document was signed with autopen that a President did not authorize then that is a major issue that needs a thorough investigation and there needs to be legal consequences for it.
But then you have the issue as you mentioned it has to be proven that the President was unaware of it and with the amount of documents Presidents sign even with autopen it would likely be very unrealistic to expect any President to remember every bill, when/where he authorized autopen, etc.
The closest we can come to is Speaker Johnson's story but that is not proven.

I don't think anything is going to come out of this. More than likely a lot of litigation that is prolonged, but no actual definitive ruling that coincides with the Republican party. Just another long drawn out battle ending in a stalemate.
