Because in the USA we have freedom of speech, you can fly pretty much any flag you want, even individual states have their own flags.

The United States is a multi-cultural country we have millions of Mexican-American people in this country just as we do Italian-American, German-American, etc.

Freedom of speech also allows us to peacefully protest and wave those flags, however when you become violent that is unacceptable.

This protest is in regards to ICE raids targeting illegal immigrants primarily, but ICE also is wrongfully targeting legal immigrants and US born citizens.

Because the ICE raids are specifically targeting illegal immigrants (many of them Mexican) in the area which is why they are protesting, the flags are in support of their people which there is nothing wrong with that again that is freedom of speech.

We have over 53 million legal immigrants and 11 million illegal immigrants.

I learned at a young age that "voting is the illusion of choice" (George Carlin RIP). Anyone who votes is a fool IMO. But i respect their freedom of choice. Back when that was recorded the Democratic Party was vastly different. My parents and their parents were and are lifelong democrats. I watched the party go from what my mom taught me and she voted for, to it now being the polar opposite and she admits she only votes for dem nowadays just to cancel out 1 republican vote. Crazy way to think IMO.

But that’s how people evolve. Over time things, values, interests and such change, parties shift. Trump used to be a democrat back in the 90’s if I remember correctly. (I may be wrong). And hell even during the civil war and after much of the south was democrat. Not nowadays.

I don't support either side, illegal immigrants, or mass deportations. At first, I did support mass deportation, but now I don't.

I think people who are waving the Mexican flag are proud to solidify to everyone watching their ethnos and their willingness to fight to live here. For sure the easiest argument is, "If they like Mexico so bad, why don't they move back there?", but the problem isn't that they like Mexico and that doesn't matter. The point they're most likely trying to make is that in America, they want to stay and stay fighting and make a point to people that Mexican so they wave it for pride.

I disagree. I think violent protests is acceptable. This country was built on violence. This country maintains diplomacy on violence. This very country speaks one language, violence. Violence, is the only real concept the American people will pay attention to.

We like to pretend like we are civil and above the rest, but we are not. We are just a bunch of monkeys evolved or potentially devolved with this idea of a conscious or whatever, which makes us less logical and rational than most planet beings. No apex predator, asides from humans have or know the concept of a "trial" before conviction. Death is served without negotiation, unless the prey fights or flights. I want to make an important note to tie it down. We THINK we are different than animals. We THINK we are above. We THINK we are superior, but we all die pretty much the same. Mexican, white, snake, bird. Upon death, we cease to exist in the way we understand existence. Fundamentally, this is how all living organisms are.

So honestly, violence, is such a negligible concept. We ARE violent people, people are just afraid to admit that they have what it takes to kill in self defense. We pretend like it's not acceptable, as long as it's not happening to us. It's truly pathetic if anything. At least be consistent and embrace our actions. Whether an individual is violent or not, is irrelevant. We as a species, throughout centuries of existence, have always resorted to violence and if you haven't noticed that is the ONLY way to negotiate lasting change. Dude, I voted for this and approve of it. However, I Feel they should have a way that if you're already here and haven't did any crime like serious crime like robbery and other financial crimes or harsh crimes. I think people with clean records should get finger printed and put in the database and have a swob and then apply to become legal. Go thru that process and make your appointments. Once you become legal and there's no match on your finger prints and dna linked to a crime scene. There should be 30 days grace period where the day you become legal they have 30 days to keep those dna and finger prints and then after they have to discard it.

I am more for people it doesn't matter if you're Mexican or European if you're here illegally you should be deported or if you have a clean record I think that process I said above should be followed. I am more against the people that are doing crime and driving on our roads without a valid license and just drives wreckless.

Where I live the quality of live has went down hill and it's due to when I have to drive some place, I see more and more mexicans, middle eastern people and indian people newly here drive however, they like and most of what I seen they disregard traffic signals. Where I lived back in 2010 we had like 10 accidents a year. This is auto accidents in my city. Now currently there's 240 a month and it's rising. Most of it are caused by foreigners mainly Mexicans and middle eastern people and indians. I am not picking on any race or particular group. It's just since the late 90s these demographic group have been increasing in our city.

I am fine with immigrants and don't mind them coming here. The issue I have with it is that most that come here the first thing they do is get on welfare and then get financial aid to go to college. They would buy cars in cash and drive without insurance nor without a drivers license.
My point is either they don't know about how our system works and they should be required to take a class and take a test. That way they're award about how our systems work. Our government fails at this.

My state is a not fault state which means if you don't care about the traffic laws my state rewards you or such behavior. It's like they promote bad driving behavior.

My whole point is that you should be here legally and in the system so you would have to pay income taxes and pay into these programs.
I don't mind if they get welfare and financial aid to go to college. I just care about when the people abuse it. It doesn't matter if it's an illegal immigrant or a legal immigrant or a natural born citizen. If I have to pay into these programs and pay income tax. Then others should be required to do the same. If everyone was doing this I wouldn't have any issue with it. However, the reality too many people don't pay income tax. They never filed a tax return in their life. They get paid under the table which undermines people like me that are trying to get a job.
If you add crime on top of that where they can get away with it because they're not in the system. Then that's where I have an issue with it.
It's been a program for so many years and it's getting to the point to either enforce the laws or don't be pissed when I decide no to follow laws that I used too but don't now because they never enforced them on others.

The city I live in the mayor is an effing moron. He has a law degree got a 2.8 gpa

He got in office because the previous mayor died of cancer and no one else was running against him.
He worked or a law firm part time and then got this job that he works 3 times a week. Ever since he got into
office he increased taxes, increased red tape and regulations. He and the city council pressure HR to hire their friends
and relatives for their jobs. I had a guy come out to inspect our electrical circuits. He passed us but he looked at the wires
and was like hmmmhmmm looks good to me. Spent 5 minutes and I had to pay $150 for inspection and I asked the guy
what are you looking at... what are the codes that the electrician should be following. He goes I don't know off hand
but was trained to look to make sure a ground rod was installed. Which it was but still he didn't know anything
about the electrical work. My point is what is the purpose of an inspection if the person that is doing it never in his life
ran wiring thru the walls himself. I just felt it was a money grab by the city and the guy only had a highschool diploma
and never worked on any electrical system.

That's just one issue..but I complained to my state when a major road has high congestion and also people have complained on the east side of our
city about water pressure being low. I complained that our city planner was a 20 year old girl that is in college going for a degree in urban development. She doesn't even have the degree yet. She zoned and approved for construction of 8 high rise section 8 housing.
Yet, didn't make any plans on how to handle the congestion and they never planned or talked with the county on making a new pump station for the water pipes. That water issue doesn't effect me but I heard it when I was going shopping and a bakery closed due to these issues. The lady that owned the shop told me flat out they can't run the bakery because they hired a plumber to come out and he determined that the low water pressure isn't on their end but on the cities. She showed me the issue and she ended up closing the business. I couldn't believe the incompetents' and went down a rabbit hole. I filed a complaint with the city which is when I found out that our city planner is this 20 year old that is in college. I found out that they all know each other and are either family or friends of each family. I found this out when I applied for an entry position in my field of study for the city and some lady got the job instead of me and she didn't have a college degree in the field and never did any work in that field and she messed it up and got fired a year after and they had to hire a pro to fix the problems she caused. They then had the job reposted online and I applied again and it's been 1 month and 2 weeks and no response and that job is still open.

So, my point that yes people in government jobs are mostly incompetent and normally they know the people around them because they normally pull their friends and family into positions and it doesn't matter if they're qualified or not. I seen it with my own eyes.
