How you expect to get RCE on a SIM card? You can't eavesdrop, intercept, or wiretap anything but 2G, which is largely blocked and discontinued. Persistent access to what? What is SIM-based malware?
It's unlikely that anyone on this forum will sell SS7 access. And anyone this skilled will likely go it alone.

I discovered SigPloit, but finding a vulnerability ought to be difficult.
