   • Non-receipt of SMS due to technical issues (must be reported within 7 days)
     
   • Invalid or unusable numbers with evidence (must be reported within 7 days)
     
   • Critical defects that we fail to resolve within 72 hours
     
   Refunds may be subject to a processing fee: 5% (standard), 15% after 1 year, 25% after 2 years, 35% after 3 years.
   
4. Data Collection & Privacy
   We collect minimal data (email, IP, browser settings, etc.) to provide service. No data is shared without consent, except for legal obligations. Our practices comply with GDPR and U.S. data laws.
   
5. Third-Party Services
   We use Google Analytics and payment gateways. They may collect data independently under their own terms.
   
6. Cookies

7. Children’s Data

My honest review after using the service for about two weeks:

VerifyPulse is definitely a good choice as a primary OTP provider.
