UPDATE - How i got deported within some days after started working for 7

Hello everyone, someone knows me, someone doesn’t. I’m a Moldovian guy who’s been living his whole life in EU (Italy more specific), but always had issues with the residence permit, 8-9 years in there and still didn’t had one. Mostly lived there with visas and bribing the Ungarian border patrol.

So how it all started, i’ve moved to Germany at the beginning of June because found someone who could help me with the residence permit there (previously living in Italy for around 2 years while waiting for the residence permit or something to justify my stay there). They sent me the job contract and told - “You can come here with this, they won’t cause any issues.”, we’ve put everything in the car and began moving. Luckily neither at the Italian border nor the German one we got stopped. Arrived in Germany, situation was everything but fucked, was speaking with 7 at that time, told him the situation, he offered me a job.

I went to Moldova to meet him (after 2-3 weeks in Germany), with my job contract in hand. I checked the dude who got me the job before leaving and he told me that everything should work out smooth asf. Had the plane in the early morning, arrived there ready to catch my flight but the things didn’t exactly go as planned… At the border, the dudes gave me a hard time, told me that my situation was fucked up because i had spent the last 2 years in Italy waiting for papers (without an actual residence permit) which means i had been in the Schenghen area for the last 485 days without proper documents, they also told me that the job contract that i had in hand wasn’t valid without a visa and i also got hit with the following words - “You’ve been working here illegal for a month”. They gave me some papers and told me: “Don’t come back without a visa”.

After all that i’ve made it to Moldova, 7 meet me at the airport in a killer suit, straight out of Kingsman ahahaha. 7 drove with nearly 200 km/h on a 50 road avoiding cameras like a pro ahahaha. Fast forward 3 days, i’m headed back to Germany. I call the guy who helped me with the papers and ask if everything’s good and i can go (previously explained everything). He says that its fine and there won’t be any issues but if something pops up to call him. Sounded solid.

I had the plane at 5 in the morning, landed in Germany at 8am. There they started all over again, i call the dude and explain him the situation, he says - “Lemme call someone”. 2 Hours later he calls me and says “I’ve been speaking with this w that, when you get back to Moldova i’ll send you everything and you can get the visa then come back.” They detained me at the airport for 3 days. Like, for real i was treated as a criminal who just killed someone. Couldn’t go smoke by myself or do anything else, and they were taking me to smoke 1 time a day in the morning (while i smoke a packet a day) i was dying, felt like forever bruh.

3 days later i was put on a direct flight, skipped the line and everything like a VIP lmao. 7 like always has my back ahahaha, met me at the airport again with a big smile knowing he was right that i’ll be sent back and just in time for his birthday. He booked me a 5 star hotel, i had to wash my clothes after 3 days in that damn airport. 54 euros or something for 10 stuffs, WTF. The next day was 7’s birthday, in the morning i went to the reception and asked - “Are my clothes ready?”, they said that those will be ready next day because i gave them after 8 pm…. I call 7, explain the situation and he’s like - “Let me solve that”. After some minutes he calls me and says - “Your clothes gonna be ready in 5 minutes”, i was like - “What The Fuck?, How?”.

After that we celebrated 7’s birthday with style ahahaha, expensive Wiskey, Wine. And man, there was a cute chick who was laughing at mostly all my words, great night. In the next days i’ve had a hard time finding a rent lmao, not even gonna talk about how it went. Big thanks to 7, he helped me with everything and cheered me up that everything will be fine everytime i was down as fuck.

The Moral ? : I don’t wish anyone to go through that situation ever.

Now i’m stuck here don’t know for how much, even tho i got papers to get a visa for Italy and Germany they can reject my application due to Germany inserting me in Schenghen’s SIS system, something like a border database where all the people got their entry rejected in Schenghen country / deported. Even tho i’m not quite sure if i got deported because the stamp in my passport its a refused entry one not deported. We’ll see how it goes but i got a place in the SIS system anyway so it doesn’t really clean my record anyway. Germany sent my stuff over to the Italian government and they’ll handle it from there.

Omitted some stuff, 7 knows the full story but that’s the main part of it.

Great share.

A few takeaways.

1. 7 is reliable
2. EU is fucked
3. Why can't you just stay where you belong or came from?

Because after you live in a country for 9 years and have everything there including everyone from your family, going back to your country makes you feel like a stranger there.

That is horrible, I do not know if I could handle such a situation. These days I don't feel safe even going to the grocery store 1 mile down the road... 🙄 I live in the USA

Care to share the reason you left your country of origin? And seems like 9 years is enough time to setup residency legally.

I was brought there by "parents" at 14 y/o. I tried to setup residency legally there. Once my mom started but before we got called to the "Questura" she moved to Romania, got a romanian residence permit and they told her that can't do anything and i had to go with her. Not her intentions though to take me w her. From there i was by myself tried all the possible way and thats it. I'm here, in italy you can apply for a residence permit with a D type visa (which was my case x2), but they gonna make u wait 2 years & tell - "We're sorry, we've printed your permit but it expired and can't do anything more than tell you to leave the country and try again next time. Maybe you'll be lucky.".

Also the only way to get a D type visa for italy is to get a work call (which is possible only when they roll out the law which is once a year in February).

I always wondered about the EU Geographic's and travel restrictions. I suppose people living in the US are completely in the dark since the US is it's own continent and you can travel to any state you want freely without restrictions. Besides Candaa and Mexico, you do not have to possess any special documents to travel across the country.

If you're an EU citizen, you can travel the whole EU without any issues. If you're an outsider, you can stay there for 90 days as a tourist. To get a residence permit somewhere in EU its hard if not nearly impossible, thats why non EU citizens often marry EU ones.

That sounds like a crazy experience, man. Must’ve been so stressful dealing with all that. Glad 7 was there to help you out through it all. Hope things start working out better for you soon.

Ok makes sense, the family marriage laws I completely understand. Same here in the US as far as people wanting residence.

So then do you have an actual country you're suppose to be a citizen of?
Damn thats heavy. Scandinavia may welcome you, brother. I hope you find your place soon.
Wow that’s wild man
