Apply for a Romanian citizenship and hopefully you can bribe someone within the office to work on it faster this way you'll have unobstructed entry to the Schengen (if you get a RO passport before the end of those 3 years of ban).

UPDATE: i actually went to the italian embassy. They told me to fix the issue with the germans first else i'll just lose the papers for the visa. Send everything over to the AG office in dortmund. Got an appointment to the german embassy on 21 August to see what they saying. 21 August is kind of the last day to do something about this, i had 1 month to contest, because they didn't decided yet as it says in the papers i got from the border police.

My contestation is solid tho, papers, past legal stay in italy, slow process of the italian government, fucked up situation in germany that i wasn't aware of. In case this won't show any good results, well thats it. I just wanted to have a way out from Moldova cuz some shit will start soon and i don't want to be sent to the army lmao.

Technically i could change my surname and get away with it, Germany has my fingerprints from a past experience where they nearly deported me in 2022 but i just won't go in germany for the next 10 years. They haven't took any of my stuff this time so idk might be an escape if all done before 12 of october when EU take fingerprints / facial scan from non eu citizens.

UPDATE: Yesterday i've cooked with AI and google, sent every piece of paper i had to the office in Germany that deals with my case, beside that got the dude that called me at work in Italy to write a letter saying that he needs me asap because also my papers to get visa for Italy expire in 3 months. Today they replied saying to send them my post address to notify me, also said that will rush everything and much as possible and let me know so, big hopes.

This doesn't guarantee anything, they will decide if will lift my Schengen ban / pause for now or if i'm guilty and the 3 years ban will be applied.

Stupid me not to search everything earlier , apparently i had 1 month to contest everything as they didn't decided yet. The papers that they gave me at the border was just a notification that they started a case against me.
