Most likely scamming for items or the account was used as a bot for an old gambling site. I don't see this selling for your asking price but gl with sales OP

Asking price is absolutely insane for assets that have been tainted and have no value. Maybe 5% on the dollar at best.

Going rate for trade banned acounts is around 4-5% Steam Market value.

You could have better luck posting this on a Chinese forum as well. I'd look into that if you're hurting for money. GLWS.

I wish you the best of luck selling this, shame all the skins got tainted. I do hope you find a seller, I may even be interested if the price wasn't where it is at, everyone else above is correct. 4-5% of inventory value is going standard market rate. If you do decided to adjust price to market rate please do let me know.

Honestly for what he's asking. If he doesn't adjust the price it might just be in his best interest to keep it.

If you genuinely gambled without any connection to the website (being an owner, advertising it in your name, etc.), then there's actually a slight possibility that Steam will unban your account. If I had a $15k inventory, I would constantly open support tickets daily. Probably would figure out who works at Valve and message them personally describing your situation. That's if you really didn't do anything illicit.

Tons of people gamble, it's part of the economy and creates liquidity for Steam's market to do so well. Same goes for the third party websites that allow you to sell items for cash, without them, the marketcap would crash.

But yeah, some people have had trade bans lifted, there's a video I found of a guy who mentions he spammed Steam constantly with support requests and they eventually caved:
