I have found I actually save a lot of money by allowing them to come and go as they please, and not paying for time wasted on the fringes of the day. It's wild, but it works. Also helps that its not a customer facing job.

Nah she was in court, but I didn't know that until she came in 3 hours late. 🤣 Apparently she forgot too until she message me last night, but didn't say why. She thought she had an extra day and it just crept up on her. 🤣
