For me I have this plan to just start opening multiple self service storage lots.

About a mile out of the outskirts of small/medium toens on farm roads. Places to store their rvs, boats, trailers, a couple garages for personal belongings.

I figure itd pay for itself pretty quickly as long as I own the land and build the tech that secures the gate.

I'm sitting on a few only because I lack the money to see them through. I'm working through one right now, and turning it profitable before moving to the next.

Man, you could get some big payout from people feeling lonely or spiteful on their deathbed. Just to spite someone at their funeral for them.

Thats exactly where I am at too. I am holding the storage lot in my back pocket for now until I have the capital and zero risk if i lose it lol

The money is a big downfall. 🤣 Looked at a commercial space to buy for one of them a couple of weeks ago, but the expense is just a bit too much right now. Such a PITA when you want to do so much but don't have the resources.
