Is There Any Piece of Computer Hardware That Can Help With Audio Privacy

Say you want to have a private conversation in your room with someone else and you want to ensure they are not like secretly recording with their phone or something.

Would you use like a Ultrasonic Speech Protector or what would you do to ensure the conversation stays in that room?

I'll be following this post because I'm curious but I generally will just turn music on on a loud speaker and just not answer incriminating questions. Maybe I was being paranoid and it was nothing, but if someone is asking suspect questions that's on them.

You could always request that both parties place their phones in faraday bags, if they'd be amenable to that.

Is an Ultrasonic Speech Protector a real thing or did you make that up?
I don't think there is anything u can really do atleast not that I'm aware of
