Just for the record, I didn't say penis in the title, it is pens. There is no I in pens.

So, yeah, we're autistic keyboard warriors, or at least, I like to think so, like some sort of Captain Spud.

What is your preferred pen when writing? You simple basic bitch like some who just pick up a Bic and think that's God's gift to handwriting? Do you write much? Personally, I've gone my whole career to date not really needing to write much, I type much faster than I can think most times, so I find it easier to open OneNote and slap some notes in and move on with my day, however this one keeps flooding me with work to the point I need to have a book in-front of me to scribble because I have no time to pause, brain dump and keep going. Which leads me to ask.

What is your go to pen?

My baby is a Jetstream Uni 0.7, very nice, very easy. Being a cacky means I cover my writing as I write, so I find blue usually smudges more so I go with pristine black, and no, I ain't no cuck.

At work, it's the closet thing I was allowed to a mechanical keyboard as the people I work with are a bit to close for comfort at times, and when you type about 120wpm on average they tend to get a bit annoyed with the constant clicking of keycaps, and they've not worked in K!2 enough to tune out odd noises like I have.


So HF, what is your go to Pen? Surely you have one.

I try to use my pc for everything. The more paper I can save, the more happy I am. I have gone years maybe 6 pages of writing paper in a year (not counting having to print documents or anything like that, just taking notes). Since a year and a half Ive been writing in my diary and I've also picked up drawing as a hobby again (as much as you'd call it drawing I suppose) so that is costing me a bit more paper.

I use an old plastic pen that I got building electrical panels for some company like 4 years ago. Recently the ink was empty and now I'm looking for a replacement cartridge :D. Idk what to tell you, I'm not that fancy nor do I have that much money xD I do love that pen though <3

I have tried all the gimmick pens you get form conventions, usually they're crap self single-use ones and the ink tube isn't removable.

I think I spent about $20 on 3 pens the other day just to try out new ones, I've found that I like .7mm since it's crisp lines make my messy handwriting a little more legible and 1mm is just chunky when you go back, looks like you're writing in bold

IDK if you know, but here in Spain you don’t pay for the ambulance. Even if you’re from another country and come here on vacation, it’s the same, you don’t pay if you’re from the EU. If you’re not from the EU, then you pay a small amount, around €50–100, and that includes any treatment they give you inside the ambulance.

In the US, as far as I know, you even get charged for something like an ibuprofen if they give it to you…🙄🤦‍♂️

That's pretty neat, I think the bill here is about $135, it's funny, they send you a letter even if the ambulance came for a ... Crisis let's say to not trigger anyone, but I am sure you know the sort I mean. Kinda funny in a morbid way to get a bill over a dark time in your life, but hey.

All treatment I think is free, the act of the ambulance costs here, if anything you'll get like a $60 bill to say you've been seen by a medical professional, but it's not like they'll take you to court if you don't pay in a hurry.

I use a pen when I sign documents, and that's about it.... but so many use digital signatures now in many countries & states.

I use a pen less than 6x per year probably, sometimes I may go months without writing on paper.
If you count receipts then a lot more than 6 per year, but again, many places now have tablets for signing instead of paper receipts.

So you could say dozens of signatures, and almost 0 other words written on paper by me these days.

Right, sorry, yes, then I could see that bill being that high, and much higher if a cesarean would be needed. Medical drugs are not cheap to make since you're covering R&D and typically private companies do it so it's their bar to set, so that's why the government will subsidize it. Though I think the word is 'blue sky' research like that should be funded and freely available to the populus of a country given it helps the overall country when its people are healthy and able to contribute to their fullest.

Last time I broke a bone(s), I got to pay $40 an x-ray from an out of hours clinic, I promptly laughed, went to hospital, got it sorted, two bouts of surgery and I'm free no life altering debt. That just comes from my OnlyFans subscriptions.

I’ve used them in school and around the house for notes. I prefer them but they can definitely smudge if you wipe your had against what you wrote.
