For Performance I Was Using Wait/Sleep Too Long, I Have Put It Back For 10 Seconds, Same As Refresh and Throttle Also Ping

I Have Replaced Queue With A Normal Disconnection So We Can See Disconnections Faster Without Disturbing HeartBeat, Also Changed HeartBeat From 3000 ms to 1500.

When I Was Using Proxy Socks5 I Have Leaved Debug On Terminal, But Now Have Removed The Debug. But Instead Added Proxy Column Easily See On Which Victim You Are Running Proxy.

Now You Can Start Proxy Socks5 On All Victims Or On Selected Ones At Once, Also You Can Stop All Proxies At Once.
