By the way, if you lock down your signups to use well known email providers or add better captcha or other protections, you might have a better time.
A few users on HF have created auto account signups to use your free scans in API key rotations. Just so you know.
Take a look at how many accounts are owned by same IP, or how many API keys are used by same IP. You might be surprised to see how rampant this has been over the years.

Yep, though in the past for a while you could even enable runtime scans for free, because there was a package that was set to cost $0. Don't know if that was on purpose, but must've been costly.

For a month or so a while back, when the free static scans were still available too, if you went into settings of a free account with no credits, you could "buy" a package of runtime scans for $0. Don't know what the limit was, I never hit it, though I also didn't abuse it too hard.
