Would members have interest in getting $5 XMR for every member they refer to HF that upgrades into L33t? Could possibly even expand that and provide other bonuses based on payments like if they buy advertising.

There's smaller advertising networks but you need to have a scale up strategy before investing in marketing. Have you considered targeted banner advertising on related niche websites? While tech in general is difficult to get into/compete (looking at you, Silicon Valley) you might find more success with tech bloggers or magazines. The budgeting would be easier to account for

If it's a domain only thing maybe you could bypass it with MoneyForums.net, btw now with all the new markets like Polymarket; I think the world is ready for possibly the next largest BB board -> Money Forums can do that if it plays into the hype.

This is a great idea for new and quality traffic. $5 XMR is a solid incentive for L33T upgrades, but I think the real growth potential is in the advertising bonuses. I don't hear much about referrals, but I think that those who bring in HQ members are the real silent heroes.
