I have NOT received any private message from you with questions in my Hack Forums inbox in any way, shape, or form.
If you do send a private message, there is no need to announce it publicly in this thread.
Best regards.
Hello. I'm a buyer of this tool, and I've been politely requesting your support via email (why don't you offer another way to contact me for faster and more efficient support?). Each inquiry takes more than a day to get a response. Some of the tool's features aren't working for me (I already emailed you two days ago without a reply) Ok no problem but 2 days? bad. Two days without a response to my problem, yet here in the sales thread on the forum, you responded seven hours ago. It seems you're bothered by people posting about support issues here, but you don't respond promptly via email either. We as users have to comply with the terms, but you as the seller have to provide support. The last response I received from support was on March 29th. So what's the problem? They should take after-sales support seriously. Regards

Addressing some of the inaccuracies (confusions) in your post.
REGARDING THE "NO SUPPORT" COMPLAINT:
---------------------------------------------------
NO IN-DEPTH SUPPORT OR INVOLVEMENT IS INCLUDED IN THE AGREEMENT, BECAUSE:
All users, per the agreement, are required to possess prior technical knowledge and experience.
Additionally, this software is already offered WELL BELOW market price, with LIFETIME access to updates, which makes it financially impossible to engage in users deployment cases or provide in-depth support. That equation doesn't work.
That being said, we always respond to general questions about the software itself and you HAVE received help from the codev with your issues (that aren't even bugs).
To address your request for communication methods other than email, I would say that email is sufficient for messaging. If a message can't be conveyed by email, it can't be that important.
REGARDING OUR OBLIGATION:
-----------------------------------
Our obligation DOES NOT involve in-depth support or involvement in users deployment of the software for the reasons explained initially.
Our obligation DOES constitute providing updates when available via the software's built‑in update mechanism — that is the lifetime license per the contract.
REGARDING THE CLAIM OF "NON WORKING" FEATURES:
----------------------------------------------------------------
Finally, all functions operate as intended and have been tested extensively by myself, my codev, and a user base of pen-testers and other security professionals, all of whom have provided overwhelmingly positive feedback. This is an original product, and my confidence in the software is stronger than ever. I am conducting this project on Hack Forums and elsewhere with the intent of providing users a robust, evolving remote administration tool.
Perhaps you should review the terms again. I have fulfilled my obligations in compliance with the contract.
(I won't engage in any chatting in this thread. Further messages may be sent to the designated contact address).
Best regards.
Hello. To clarify:
1- When some features of a tool aren't working, the buyer has the right to ask the seller for an explanation of why it's not working.
2- Even though the price is low, you're still paying for a product.
3- You should have a post-sale support system. You can't just take the money and wash your hands of it when the buyer requests support with your product.
Here, no one is asking for support on how to operate your product; they're asking for support with its internal workings.
To clarify: I don't like to complain publicly (I first request support from the seller, but when I don't receive support, as in my case—two days without a response), there's no other option. I'm not saying your tool is a scam, I'm just asking for better communication through the provided contact method to resolve the issues with your product.
That's all I have to say, regards.
After using DarkVision RAT a lot, I have ONLY positive things to say about the tool. In my experience EVERYTHING works as expected. Since 1.47 it also looks much better tbh. 😄
It's an awesome rat and I always look forward to the updates.
Keep it up Man. I appreciate your work. 👍
Hello Darkvision Rat
I have gone through your thread and I can see a good feedback from your old and new customers..
Without wasting much time, Please can you clarify me if Darkvision Rat can be used after building the stub without encrypting it?

AGREED!
Totally agree with you. DarkVision is definitely one of the very few RAT tools that actually "keeps its promises." Should’ve left a vouch sooner, better late than never.
Some skill is necessary, but I can absolutely recommend this tool for all kinds of remote administration tasks. (Legitimate of course, lol).

you can use it with out encrypting it, but it will be picked up every AV on the planet unless you excluded it from the scans etc, which if you dont already have access to the machine may be impossible to do

Hello!
I recommend that you read the terms "governing" the software. Every single line matters.
Best regards.
Reminder:
Please note I can only accept your contract if it includes agreement to the mutual terms.
The mutual terms are located in the first post of the thread.
Add this to the Terms field, without quotation: "I have read and accept the mutual terms".
Specify the correct amount: $60 (Currently).
Do not gloss over the terms.
Thank you for your understanding. (I may have to re-post this).

LMAO "still working".
Why would it not be working? DarkVision’s RAT is one of the most solid tools available. But it’s not FUD out of the box if that’s what you mean. I use private native crypting for my PT. But I don’t think anyone will share their best sources (crypts) for obvious reasons.
It’s a great native tool in my opinion.

You're right: no one is going to share any crypter-related info here.
That said, I appreciate your positivity on the remote administration tool.
