Yes, my friend. bypasses 100%, because it is entirely Java-based.
And since it operates using the Java library, it consistently bypasses SmartScreen.
As for the Defender issue;
In the Builder section, there are options for a obfuscator and class encryption;
Consequently, every build features a distinct signature and is unique. It is completely FUD.
