Hi bro, You’re basically running a front store that customers see, and a separate backend store where the checkout actually happens.

When someone clicks checkout, they’re redirected to the backend store, and that’s where the payment is processed (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc. depending on your setup).

Customers arrive at your store (A) with branded items, for example, and at checkout they'll be redirected to a payment page on another Shopify store B (your second store's backend). This is how you bypass Shopify suspending your store for selling borderline products. So basically, you can sell whatever you want; there won't be any issues with store bans, etc. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
