Assuming I am currently logged into Google and have extensions installed, how can I perfectly copy and use the exact same settings on another profile?
Does such a method exist?
When I simply copy, things like browsing history and bookmarks are shared, but the profile logs out, and I couldn't retrieve saved passwords.
How can I copy it perfectly?
The reason I buy a lot of things is simply because I want to spend money.

It doesn't. Cookies and passwords are encrypted to prevent this.

Where is it encrypted? Is it possible to find out? Then, how should I retrieve it?

Well, these are really elementary questions. Asking where the files are encrypted makes no sense. You can easily find out how Chrome's v20 encryption works if you wish, but there's really no point unless you're a ***dev. There was an old guide on cloning Chrome profiles by decrypting v10 cookies and passwords with DPAPI and re-encrypting them for a different user. It's just that if you think you can simply copy Chrome profile folders and have access to everything, you should try something called HVNC instead.
DramaKing makes a good point about Chrome's security measures, but there are legitimate ways to sync your settings across devices without bypassing encryption. Have you considered using Chrome's built-in sync feature? It preserves bookmarks, history, extensions, and passwords across all your devices while maintaining security. If you need to maintain separate profiles, creating a new one with sync enabled would be the cleanest approach rather than trying to decrypt and clone data.

Install "cookie editor" on both your old chrome profile + the new profile
On the old profile visit the website where you are already logged, click on the extension, export the cookies as json
then go to the new profile, visit the same website where you want to log in, click on the extension, import, then paste the copied json cookies from the old profile
Refresh the page and you'll be logged in without having to type your password, repeat for all the websites needed

I defo wouldn't trust a random extension with all my chrome sensitive information. My mate had $25k of his crypto stolen due to a rogue extension.

True but the one i gave him is clean and has a solid reputation with 2million users, it's offline so cookies never leave your pc.
It's also opensource on Github where you can review the code and load it on the browser manually
You have a point though.
