Bluetooth hacking is hardly worth an academic discussion. 5.x/6.0 are considered secure. (May 6, 2026 03:28 AM)Burnzy Wrote: you can get one of ESP32 pentest devices with marauder firmware. Bluetooth hacking isn’t really something you “learn from a person” like a trick — it’s more networking + security basics first. Most stuff you see online is either outdated or straight-up fake. If you’re serious, start with how Bluetooth actually works (pairing, BLE, encryption, etc.), then move into Linux and basic networking. Without that, any “hacking tool” you find won’t make sense. Also important — don’t mess with random devices. Stick to your own setup or a lab, otherwise it can get illegal fast. If you want structured learning, try platforms like TryHackMe or Hack The Box. They actually teach wireless/security step by step instead of shortcuts. In short: it’s not about finding a tool or someone to share “hacks”, it’s about understanding the system first.

I only got the wifi devboard for aliexpress for my flipper zero but i didnt see a lot of complaints that something doesnt work. I only recommended this as the op seem to be new to this and should get something cheap first to experiment with. He will probably get bored fast as there is no much you can do with BT. The best my flipper can do with BT is annoy people with BLE spam (May 6, 2026 04:01 AM)DramaKing Wrote: Under no circumstances should anyone buy that Aliexpress crap. No free returns label or dispute you could have opened? Not many details were provided. |
