[DISCUSSION] Does anyone feel life after 2020 has completely changed?

Ever since around 2020, everything just feels… different.
Not even only financially, but socially, mentally, culturally — almost like society shifted into a completely different timeline.

People seem:
more isolated
more angry
more addicted to short-form dopamine/content
less patient
less social in real life
more financially stressed
more disconnected from reality

Even the internet changed massively.
Back then forums, communities and online friendships felt more genuine. Now everything feels optimized for attention, outrage, algorithms and monetization. I’m from Australia and even here you can feel the difference heavily compared to pre-2020 life. Prices skyrocketed, people became more cautious, and it feels like everyone is permanently in “survival mode” mentally.

One thing I’ve really noticed: Before 2020 people used technology as a tool.
Now it feels like technology uses people.
Attention spans are destroyed, people can barely sit through a conversation without checking notifications, and a lot of people seem emotionally exhausted 24/7.

Curious if anyone else feels the same way or if you think this is just nostalgia talking.
It was most certainly palpable, at least right after 2022. Now not so much, I suppose it's whom you're around.
I guess people’s mentality changed a lot. People prefer to stay more in home than socialising nowadays.

You should watch the video I posted in my new thread it discuss this about 2020 and there was a possible time warp in 2009.

They think cern is tinkering with black holes and it's warping time and our timeline. 2 events happened one in 2009 where they made a black hole for 11 minutes or seconds. Then another episode in 2020 where they warping time and it's said to be that now the atomic clocks shows that there's 45 seconds to 1 minute and it's no longer 60 minutes

it's either due to cern experiments or the other theory is that the universe is expanding quickly and we are moving faster away from solar systems and galaxies.

Life is always changing and we either change with it or get left behind.

I’ve actually gone down the CERN rabbit hole before and some of the theories around it are genuinely interesting to read about, even if most of it probably has normal scientific explanations.

What I found even stranger was that ritual/performance they did during CERN’s opening ceremony years ago. Stuff like that naturally fuels conspiracy theories because to the average person it looks bizarre as hell lol. Like why the hell would you perform that.. makes no sense.. have you seen it?

I still think most of the “time feels different” thing comes from how much society and technology changed after 2020 though. People are mentally overloaded 24/7 now.
Definitely has. Stuff has gone up, pricing ruined collecting rare collectibles due to tariff bs. It's all gone to crap. I've now spent less since I don't want to pay tariff to buy rare collectibles from JP. Pure crap!

after the stupid virus, the price went up drastically.
even beers, it went up 100% in just a year, life WTF?

Everything became costlier , take me back to 2020's

100%. COVID-19 has changed the world. For the worse in my opinion.

People like you said have isolated. In fact I would think it was negatively impacted my life. I felt a lot more happier before 2020-21.

Also back then people emphasized coming together in social gatherings. There was no short form content as a means of distraction or addiction. Not everyone worked online.

It's a strange world now. From what I've talked to people. COVID-19 completely changed people's lives. Some become newborn. Others completely lost it all.

Agreed. I've heard the same as well with people I've spoken to. People became a lot more isolated and disconnected from each other. Before then, social gatherings felt more normal and natural. Friends and families would actually spend more real time together without everything feeling distant or forced.

Now it feels like a lot of people keep to themselves more. Some lost jobs, relationships, routines, or motivation during that period and never fully recovered from it mentally. The atmosphere of everyday life just feels different compared to pre-2020.

I don't believe this.

Firstly we cannot tinker with black holes because they exist far away from us. Millions of light years away from us. We cannot even reach it, let alone tinker with it.

We cannot create one in a lab because it will require an absurd amount of energy to produce a black hole of the size of an atom. But there cannot be one of that size because physics laws work differently on an atomic / quantum level.

Even if I believe there's a black hole on our planet. It would've already sucked and destroyed everything around it.

Also a black hole is a region of space where the mass/gravity is so strong that it literally warps and possibly ruptures the space-time continuum. A black hole would cause its surrounding area to slow down in time relative to the universe. Not speed up.

Bro you should watch their opening ceremony. It's super ritualistic. I'm not siding with whether it's real or not, but their actions make you wonder. Billion dollar company located in Switzerland having a very satanic opening ceremony..why?

It's not real because it doesn't align with the working of universe and laws of nature.

Now if you tell me that no they're doing things that doesn't abide by laws of nature. Then that means they are God. Because they are not confined by any limits or imagination.

I 100% agree with you that they aren’t god-like or have supernatural powers. I also don’t believe they’re opening portals or doing anything beyond the laws of nature. That I can come clean and agree with you for sure.

What interests me more is the symbolism behind the opening ceremony itself. Billion-dollar scientific organizations usually plan these events very carefully, so it makes you wonder what kind of message or image they were trying to portray with all the ritualistic themes and symbolism.

Whether it’s artistic expression, shock value, or some deeper agenda, I think that’s the part people question the most.
