Has Our Digital Life Started Replacing Our Real Life?
AI.
Social media.
Gaming.
Streaming.
Remote work.
Almost everything we do today happens through a screen.
Technology has made us more productive than ever.
But has it also made us less... human?
Think about it.
We automate conversations.
We order food without speaking.
We work from home.
We exercise with YouTube.
We make friends online.
We ask AI instead of spending time thinking ourselves.
Don't get me wrong, I use AI every single day, and I think it's one of the greatest productivity tools we've ever had.
But I also think there's a danger in letting convenience replace experience.
- Use AI, but keep learning.
- Work online, but don't neglect your health.
- Build digital businesses, but don't forget real relationships.
- Make money, but make time for life.
The internet is an incredible tool.
The problem starts when it becomes our entire world.
I'm curious where everyone stands.
Do you think society is becoming too digital, or is this simply the next stage of human evolution?

I wont lie if I say I enjoy online life more than real life.

As far as there's joy its good, in my opinion, you must enjoy or at least try to build that joy when you are around real family, friends or people you truly care about aka people who deserve joy. The physical aka natural world created by GOD is better than the digital world built by humans.
I was happy being online since being a minor, Until i grew up and released cause of the internet, I have compromised my personal self which resulted in disappointing the people that truly care about me so. We experience, learn, fail, win, teach.. etc Ainsi va la vida.

Society is definitely becoming too digital. Technology is a wonderful thing to have but we all got to remember to touch grass in the end and have a life outside of it.
Much of my life I honestly the internet was my life, wasn’t until the last few years I’ve started enjoying more in life. Glad I’ve made the change. Still will be online lots but just not going to be a degenerate like I was before.

Yeah exactly, sometimes in life we should do what is right, not what we like :)
Im on my phone 8 hours a day. Crazy to think of it like that, but I also make money off my phone. So its bad, but a lil useful. I definitely dont need to be on my phone 8 hours tho lol
Remember the days when you had to leave the house to knock on your friends door to speak to him as a kid.
now its all roblox & minecraft. That's all the kids know these days.

I think we're a little too dependent on technology while also acknowledging that we're all always evolving, and that this is inevitably the next stage in our evolution as a species.

Spot on. I dream of the day we tell our friends: "Remember when we lived in front of screens? We were like robots disguised as humans." Seriously, looking at the colors, sounds, and animals out here. How did we ever prefer screens over this golden grass?

Completely agree. Technology is an incredible tool, but it's slowly becoming a substitute for real life instead of an enhancement to it. Convenience is great until it starts replacing human connection and independent thought.

8 hours a day I guess its fine for now if you spend the other 8-10 hours without the phone and the rest 6-8 hours sleep. Goal in my opinion for everyone whos online is to plan the exit strategy. How to officially not be online at all, but still meet the revenue goal that we want.

The golden ERA
Not fully I would say but God I really hope I make enough money one day to just retreat on a farm and live a simple life.
