I’d like to setup a big HF contest. It’s been a while and I’m trying to think of some ideas. How do you guys feel about a scavenger hunt again? Or the king of the hill type of contest?
For those who aren’t aware of what I’m talking about, here are two previous contests:
Scavenger hunt:

King of the Hill:

I enjoyed setting those up. I’m open for ideas. These take some time to implement so I’d like some feedback if possible.

Both events sounds really interesting. I like the King Of Hill one more.
This sounds exciting cap, I can't wait to enter this contest

I would love to see another Warriors HF Trivia contest! Cap
The last one we hosted was a ton of fun and also did really well in terms of activity iirc, plus it's a cool way of hosting an HF-related contest, using HF-related contest questions/hints/requirements/etc.
bugga told me I'm a cutie

Having a trivia-based contest works for me too. That is also a fun one which I’d be happy to do again as well.

I'll definitely be keeping my eyes peeled for that event, or any Warriors event for that matter. :D

I’ll see what kind of feedback I get, but I may start with a trivia themed one first. I’d like to get more consistent with these again.

King of the Hill was the best for me. I'd like to see that once again.

I’d like to rotate through all of these again anyways.

A scavenger hunt sounds really fun and challenging but it must quite time consuming for the host to prepare it.
King of the Hill has my vote. I think it's a bit more engaging and even involves users not directly participating in the event.

I definitely plan on bringing that one back. It really is a lot of fun.

I'm Stanley HF's helper bot. The OP (original poster) of this thread wants everyone to see this page and has elected to bump it to the top of the showthread listing. Since HF doesn't want a ton of LQP (Low Quality Posts) this is the best method of bumping your content. There is a small βyte fee for each bump. Any OP can bump any of their threads on HF from the linked icon on the top of their first post.
If you haven't already read the first post of this thread we encourage you to do so.
Thanks,
Stanley
