No, it supports much more than technical jobs. It works for customer support, sales, marketing, HR, finance, healthcare, IT, and virtually any other profession.

I’ll answer everything for you:

• Yes. SmartInterview is not a Teams plugin, but it captures system audio using loopback (WASAPI). This means it works with Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, and any other video conferencing app that plays audio through your PC. In addition, the SmartInterview window is not captured by Teams, OBS, or any other screen-sharing tools. You can see it on your screen, but it is not visible to others when you share your screen.
  
  
• What happens if there are two or more interviewers?
  The app listens to all voices coming through the system audio, since they are already mixed by the Windows audio system. If people speak one at a time, it works normally and responds to the latest question. If two people speak at the same time, the transcription becomes mixed and the response may be less accurate. In that case, you can say something like: "Sorry, I didn't catch that properly, could you repeat the question?"
  
  
• How does it know what the other person is saying if I’m using headphones?
  As mentioned, it captures system audio before it reaches your headphones (loopback). So it works independently of the selected audio output device.
  
  
• Does it distinguish who is speaking?
  It transcribes everything into a single text stream. It cannot identify exactly who is speaking, and simply responds to any detected question.

It is not malware. It is a software you run on your computer after selecting your license (1 month or lifetime).
After launching it, the software requires an internet connection because it needs to download a few gigabytes of local AI models.
Once the download is complete, you will go through a simple guided setup that you can easily complete on your own.
You will also receive a PDF manual, and if you need any assistance, you can contact me anytime via email for support 🙂
