Make bumps free

Would be a great decision, I know bumps are a good economy that help HF get active but I mean why not just the users power, why do we have to farm before we do what we want. Anyways, free for all always better than pay to win.
Because it's a good way of taking Bytes out of the economy and giving them another key purpose on the site for sellers.

Making bumps free would be a bad idea.
It's not too expensive to bump. How much does it cost anyways?

For vendors its 50 bytes per bump.

I don't want to have to click 'Bump Thread' every hour. Then it will be every 30 minutes. Some Marketplace forums are bad enough as it is.
If they were free everybody would be doing it lol

I would assume if your a vender and your selling product you should be able to buy some bytes right? Gotta spend money to make money.
We need to give Bytes some value. Otherwise, what are we supposed to use them for? Unfortunately, the pump is an important way to spend them.
Limited offer

Signature space ... 1k bytes per week
It is free.

You make posts and get Bytes in exchange. You then use those Bytes for Bumps. No money required.

No money required but time is. What I meant and would like to see is bumping threads does not cost bytes but does have a timer. For example: one bump each 3h, 6h 12h or 24h based on upgrade.

Speaking from a vendor and marketplace user POV. Maybe upgraded users or perks allow us to schedule the bumps and make them automated using the bytes. This would not remove bump byte cost completely and would be something maybe interesting.

Do you want automated bumps on all threads for free?

"allow us to schedule the bumps and make them automated using the bytes"...

You can do that now with the API easily. Even some services already offer that.

Bumps on all threads free with timer cooldown. This is what I want. Bumps does not cost bytes but can be used once only in 3h or 6h or whatever you decide.
Bumps automated using bytes. This is a suggestion. Built in instead of third party tool.
