If you are brand new, try starting with something as simple as a free account on a site like tryhackme and do the 101 course. They should be available.

google up portswigger,

partake in some of their courses, I am personally growing my knowledge with manual sql so i can increase my success rate dumping websites for HQ combolists/admin panels
you can even use your coding skills to automate everything with a wrapper

Hang around the forum and you’ll find tons of useful tutorials, discussions, tips, tricks, and tools. Nobody can just teach you everything. Hacking takes time and plenty of hands-on practice. I’ve been messing with computers and hacking for over 30 years, and I’m still learning new stuff. I’m a full-time hacker.
