Cryptojacking and Crypto Miners

Do crypto miners fall under cryptojacking? What makes this cause this? If these miners are legal because Google says you can build your own miner and itd be legal but it also says if it uses your cpu power and steals electricity. So I guess what I'm asking is what do these miners fall under? Would they be considered illegal or legal? Because in legal terms they're legal because they're miner crypto and you've built one from your software engineer certification but they're illegal because they fall under cryptojacking which is cyber crime. Because these tools can't be found anywhere but in the underground marketplaces or tor. Because I'm having 2 people build me one and will update everyone if I receive the miner or not and research more with my new tools.

Cryptominers are programs that mine crypto. Cryptojacking is not software but a verb. It is the act of tricking victims to mine crypto for you. Cryptominers themselves are not illegal, and you can download XMRig from xmrig.com as I keep telling you.

Really, I feel bad for you paying people to build simplified, less-developed versions of existing software that you will hardly see any return from.
Minning isnt illegal!! Where it become illegal is when you get it done on the device of someone withoutt authorisation. and yes runing it from someone without his agreement can have electrixcitry thieft as charge but this ism ostly all it will have!! you aren ot stealing data or anything so they will say to steqal electricity to ifnd a legal reason to get you in court ;)

If I got a degree in software engineering, could I then build my own miner?

Cryptojacking charges go beyond electricity use. It's like a denial-of-service.

Software engineering degree = $40k+
Free miner = It's free, bro.
Potential return for mining = maybe $50 if your electricity is free

Actually, mining is actually illegal in some jurisdictions as is owning crypto.
