Donald Trump has promised every American adult $5,000 if Americans vote Republican and the Republicans win the midterms.

This faces legal issues as it is vote-buying under 18 U.S. Code § 597 which is illegal to offer government benefits, employment or financial payouts to support any specific party.

Additionally we were all promised DOGE checks which never happened, just as his ACA rebate never happened so we already know these checks will not happen if Republicans win to begin with, but Trump did say he loves the poorly educated which will be the ones from MAGA who actually believe this.

Donald Trump also says that immediately after the midterms that the war with Iran will end (I thought it wasn't a war? hmmm) what is holding him back from ending the war now if it will immediately end after the midterms? could it be that he is just trying to get MAGA to believe things will get better in hopes that they vote Republican instead of waking up? I think so.

Remember this is a man who said "I don't care about you, I just want your vote".

Anyways no matter who you are voting for go check your voter registration make sure it is all in order and if not get it updated and be sure to vote.

Want to talk about elections being corrupt, this administration has made it much harder for Americans to vote.

He imposed a rule that requires federal verification which is not necessarily a bad idea I am all for improving the security of our votes however with this verification it requires USPS to have an online database, ballots must match exactly 100% from the state election offices and what is on the USPS database and if just 1 ballot fails verification despite every other ballot passing the whole entire batch of ballots is rejected.

I believe a federal judge has recently blocked this which is good but what a ridiculous proposal to reject the entire batch because of 1 bad ballot.

California is not giving $2 to homeless people to sign a petition, they literally prosecuted people for doing it.

I am not sure what part of you are not getting $5,000 you don't understand?

Seems to me he just said he will pay if red wins the midterms. I dont think the payments will happen as they never do but i dont think he did anything illegal by saying this. If that is what he actually said, who knows nowadays all big media is cooked.

The requirement: Vote Republican so Republicans win, get $5,000 dividend.

Vote Democrat and the Democrats win, you don't get the $5,000 dividend. It is conditional based on if Republicans win so it conflicts with 18 U.S. Code § 597.

When you get your DOGE check and ACA rebate, and when Trump issues the $5,000 checks I give you permission to ask Trump for my $5,000.

But it is conditional based on the DOGE check and ACA rebate, if you don't get those then no deal.
