Retroactively opened contract and this guy didn't provide the promised reviews or replace them, attached the screenshots as well.

Initially there was no hf contract, but he sent me contract today and i accepted it.

This is a service for reviews posting, I am providing only 25 days refill or replacement warranty if the reviews dropped for some reason like Trustpilot system updates, Trustpilot manual checkups, or Triggerred of these fake reviews by Trustpilot AI system.

The review posting was started on 27july. once it's started and reviews are posted there will be no refund even that we have used that TP account for doing the reviews, it will not used again. So there is a proper system going on with the account creation and then post accordingly with the fees involved in it for each account review.

I have clearly mentioned multiple times about the reviews posted done and refill/replacement period in these chat screenshots:

Since, today is 57th day (almost 2 months) for this task period. I had still offered him for few refills and did 2 refills 4 days ago. Refund is not applicable on this task as the reviews were posted weeks ago, but yeah it's removed by TP system which we can't do anything on that rather doing refills in the warranty period.

There was no point in time where my trustpilot had more than 10 reviews on it at the same time. Your service is horrid.

I can show you, we have did all reviews with the refill/replacement as well, and the thing is TP system triggered this profile and it is consider every review as a fake one, so that's why it needs to relax the system with some space of time to bring it normal. I am not hiding anything in the refill period. As i said multiple times that the reviews were posted already and there is no refund applicable on that. I am still offering the 12-15 refills/replacement of reviews posting even after the warranty period ends as a compensation. Let's finish this dispute in a good way. Thanks

Yeah after their recent update few weeks ago, their system is more complex and sometimes doing foolish things and remove the original review as well.

honestly i dont think that kind of service would work because i personally tried and google would always after few days get ridd of the reviews when there's a sudden rise in reviews being sent.
