The person has been unavailable for the guidance I have been offering. I have invited him several times to access my dashboard panel and even provided access to a VM with AI connected, so he could independently verify that the service works. I also offered to assist him directly through AnyDesk, but he repeatedly refused, ignored my attempts to help, and instead continued giving me orders.

Furthermore, he leaked server credentials that had been entrusted to him. As a direct consequence, 11 unauthorised systems attempted to access my server environment, which is hosted in a paid OVH infrastructure with an ongoing monthly cost of around $500.

There were also attempts to access, copy, and move data from the databases. Fortunately, the security measures in place detected the activity and prevented larger damage than a days work.

Given these circumstances, I find it completely unreasonable to expect me to continue working with someone after credentials entrusted to them were intentionally leaked, especially when I have repeatedly offered legitimate ways for them to verify and use the service properly.

To his defense, today another customer had problem with VM2 the instance that was him, I thought it was his browser but it was a configuration missmach, but i offered him to help and fix it, he ended up going rampage.

But after receiving the $100, he constantly acted angry and lost his temper.

As the buyer of the service, I was very dissatisfied with his way of working. I should have been the one to file a dispute, but because I wanted to learn from his experience, I waited a day or two to see if he would change his approach—yet he was the one who filed a dispute first.

Both sides seem to result in an unsatisfactory conclusion, believe it's time to discuss about how/whether to proceed with a refund and close the thread. Quite obviously none of your first languages is English and there's a lot of back-and-forth on Telegram, refrain from accusations and aim for a resolution.

I'm also a bit confused about that. If I'm understanding correctly he is saying a MM can't or shouldn't be used because the deal is regarding something blackhat? Either way, what I know for sure is that Omni doesn't mess around when it comes to someone refusing a MM or persuading someone away from using one for any reason. He'll see that shit and close the member without a second thought. Assuming that doesn't happen here, hopefully these guys can get this sorted and come to a resolution that they're both fine with.

Eh, it's so so. Yes he does seem to lean away from using a MM, but it also wasn't a case of you straight up asking for one and then him outright refusing. You should have pushed back more on that. In any case, it doesn't make a difference what I think. It comes down to Omni and or Charlie. As Charlie stated above, the options are to "continue providing the service or issue a refund." Having read the conversation, anyone can form an opinion about him based on his words; in fact, I am unable to access his VM2 either.
I have made up my mind: I no longer wish to use his service and am requesting a 100% refund.
We will await the final verdict from Omni and/or Charlie.
