Only 3 months remain in 2026, but that's still a good bit of time. Many of us have various plans and goals that we pursue throughout the year and I'm wondering what the status of that is for all of you. Do you still have any plans yet to come during the rest of the year? It doesn't have to be something you're trying to achieve either. It could be more casual like something you simply want to go do or experience. As for goals, are there any that you're in the midst of working towards that you still want to accomplish before the year is over? Maybe even goals that you haven't started yet or are in early stages of and despite that, you want to achieve before the year comes to an end?
I'm a little of both when it comes to the goals. I have both some that I'm in the midst of accomplishing as well as some that I haven't even started yet, but still want to accomplish by the end of the year. As for plans or anything more casual, I don't currently have anything in mind. That could change of course though.
It's scary that the year is winding down so fast like this.

Yessir, the year has a way of sneaking up on you like that. Wouldn't be the first time for me and certainly wont be the last. Just can't let it overwhelm you, get you down, etc. How are you feeling about your 2026 so far?

Ah yeah I've seen you mention elsewhere that you do that. How's that going for you?
I have about 8 projects that I'm working on and I'm hoping that by the end of this year I'll be able to launch about half of them. I am starting to near the finish line on building process and I'm looking into the marketing now.

Sounds like you have your plate full for the remainder of the year, but that's not a bad thing by any means obviously. You're always on the grind working on something and I can only commend you for it.

Omni said he launched hundreds of projects before he struck gold with HF. That's my motivation. Keep launching projects until something takes off where I can make a 20+ year career out of it.

Very true and that's a great motivator to work off of. How he went about it and HF becoming what it has is about as much proof of concept as you can get.

Yeah and it gave me another way to think about my projects. Previously I assumed that success was based on whether or not I made millions of dollars from a project. But now if I can build something that I can spend the next so many years working for myself and making a decent income.

It's understandable to look at it more how you did previously and tons of people definitely do just that. I more lean towards the latter perspective though. Even if it's not making me millions for instance, if its working for myself and making me a sufficient income that provides a comfortable life, I'm happy.
I've been planning to renovate our house since there are still so many things that need fixing.
The only problem right now is the budget. I'm still trying to figure out how to raise enough money to get everything done. I really want to finish all the repairs before the rainy season comes again because I don't want to deal with the same problems every time it rains.
Hopefully, I can find a way to make it happen soon. I just want our home to be safe and comfortable for my family.
