Simple port scanner I made when I had nothing to do.

Features:

Scans port from starting port to finish.
Multi-Threaded.
Uses Invoking/Delegates (No use of checkforilegalcrossthreadcalls = false).
Fully Commented.
A Working Progress Bar.

Yeah, I could have made it faster, but eh it was a project when I was bored. Its simple to understand so it shouldn't have any problems being modded.
